The Lowe Group was engaged by a regional bank to rebrand their organization. There were two sister banks that were going to unite under a new name. Immediately after the rebranding of the bank they also planned on making a strategic acquisition and wanted support with announcing the acquisition. We developed the core messaging, news releases, content, and a detailed communications matrix to guide outreach to all relevant parties for both the name change and acquisition. There was very strong regional and local media coverage of the events. Media contacts established during the initial phases led to sit-down meetings for bank executives with key reporters in each market. These meetings resulted in profile and strategy stories as well as ongoing coverage of new office openings, earnings, personnel, donations, partnerships, awards and more. The Lowe Group continues to support the bank in content development for their website, communications and other materials.
