Connie Hanson.

Connie Hanson is a seasoned human resources professional with experience as a project manager and a business analyst. At Lowe Group, Connie leads key human resources functions such as benefits, recruiting and on-boarding. Connie strives to ensure employees have a fulfilling and meaningful experience at Lowe Group. Along with her HR hat, Connie provides operational and accounting support. Connie also supports clients through her oversight of the client reporting function.

Connie is able to draw from her diverse HR background with experience in a variety of industries including healthcare, legal, manufacturing and corporate retail. Connie graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater (magna cum laude) and is certified as a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) and Society of Human Resources-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

Outside of work, Connie enjoys running, volleyball and spending quality time with her spunky young daughter. She can often be found at a hockey rink cheering for her favorite goalie, her son.
