Principal and Managing Director
Ben Bishop is a longtime financial services communications professional specializing in content development, strategic messaging and marketing support. His work has led to media outcomes across a wide range of national and financial trade publications as well as increased engagement with clients and prospects.
Ben joined The Lowe Group in 2010, after honing his financial communications skills at a multi-strategy global hedge fund, where he held roles in marketing communications and risk reporting. Ben also has broad-based business experience—across marketing, sales, operations and product development—gained in small-business settings. In his first job out of college, he transformed a small company’s marketing identity, up to and including the name of the firm, which contributed to a doubling of revenue in three years.
Tying together those early career experiences and his work leading client engagements at The Lowe Group is Ben’s dedication to building collaborative relationships. As a client lead, Ben makes sure Lowe Group resources are deployed effectively in pursuit of clients’ objectives.
Ben earned an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He is a pianist, fine artist and a semi-capable handyman thanks to unending projects “up north.” He and his wife and two daughters live in Greendale with their polka-dot-bellied cat.
