John Carter.

Director and Media Strategist

John Andrew Carter, Jr. is an experienced financial communications professional with a strong track record of helping asset managers—particularly in the ETF ecosystem and digital asset space—develop and execute high-impact media strategies. He brings over a decade of experience spanning journalism, academic research, and agency-based public relations.

Before entering agency life, John worked as a financial journalist and research analyst, developing a deep understanding of investment trends and regulatory dynamics. He has led editorial teams, contributed to global finance publications, and supported academic projects at top-tier business schools, including IESE Business School’s Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation. His writing portfolio includes market commentary, executive ghostwriting, and educational content across multiple asset classes.

John is a trusted partner for traditional and alternative asset managers looking to raise visibility, communicate complex investment strategies with clarity and position them as thought leaders in an increasingly crowded marketplace. Fluent in Spanish and proficient in French, he also supports clients with international communications across the US and Europe.

John holds a Masters in International Relations from the Institut Barcelona d’Etudis Internationals and earned his Bachelor of Arts from the Croft Institute at the University of Mississippi. He also completed PhD studies at the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona.

When he isn’t following financial markets, John recharges bicycling, spinning records and spending time in the park with his dog Oscar.
