Qualifications and Requirements

While we prefer prior experience with financial communications, you may be a good fit if you have a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex information with text and data.

We don’t expect you to be an expert on financial topics, but curiosity about finance and willingness to learn is crucial to success. Similarly, we’re not looking for specific degrees; our team includes business, humanities, economics and other social sciences, and other backgrounds.

You need a consulting mindset, good writing skills, attention to detail, a collaborative spirit, and a dedication to providing good client service. You need to be organized, professional, quick, fluent in basic business software and ready to learn about more tools.

Our team is a mixture of hybrid and remote; you’ll need an ability to work independently, readiness to ask questions, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Hours and Schedule

To accommodate early morning media sweeps, the normal business day for this position is approximately 7:30-4:00 CT. In-person or hybrid work arrangements preferred. We are willing to consider a mostly remote arrangement dependent on circumstances.
