They have been working for years to shift the investment industry’s focus to sustainability and the creation of positive social and environmental impacts. Their members include firms across the financial industry, including institutional asset managers, financial planners, mutual fund companies and service providers to the industry.
Scope of Work
The Lowe Group was retained to announce the results of a comprehensive biennial report on the industry. In order to create awareness of the report, we developed and led a PR strategy that included the creation of supporting materials to enhance interest in the report across various target audiences. We also work to advance the client and its members through proactive media outreach. We have worked to get the organization’s leaders media coverage within the industry and helped to craft and place editorials and other earned media. We have supported the organization’s policy efforts by generating and publishing press releases about their programs and initiatives.
The Lowe Group’s comprehensive outreach for the client’s report has achieved marquee coverage in key publications including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, Bloomberg, Reuters, Pensions & Investment as well as broadcast coverage on PBS, NPR and Bloomberg Radio. Its top executive has met with major media covering the ESG space and was recognized as one of the 20 most influential sustainable investing industry professionals by Barron’s. The Lowe Group has also planned and hosted a media roundtable on Gender Lens Investing that led to significant media coverage and helped draft and place editorials that have run in Pensions & Investments, Impact Alpha, Barron’s, Bloomberg and MarketWatch.
